What is GOC?

Our organization

Guardians of the Children is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization comprised of motorcycle enthusiasts that use motorcycles as tools to help children who have overcome abuse, ages 0-17, become strong, confident, and courageous again. Once a child has made an outcry of abuse and the criteria for our support is met, that child is "adopted"into our family as a Little Guardian. Members of G.O.C will escort the child to court, attend school and social events at the child's request, provide protection and support, and sponsor 5 “Little Guardian” private events, yearly.

The goal of these events is to provide a safe space where the Little Guardians can have fun, socialize with others that have experienced similar trauma, and forget for a moment about the fear, doubt, and insecurity that was forced upon them at such a young age. Every child has all the power and strength within themselves, just like a motorcycle on the open road, and the biker behind it, we just encourage them to unleash it as we fight their demons together.

When a child calls we ride

We are a positive organization comprised of members of all ages from a variety of backgrounds and occupations. We're always looking for like-minded individuals whom have a passion for helping the children of our community. If you're interested in joining our mission, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

Where We Ride

We hold monthly meetings, typically on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm CST. Locations vary, but can be found on Facebook on our page under events. All meetings are open to the public when they are posted to Facebook. We encourage everyone to attend even if you don’t ride a motorcycle, you can still help us fight against child abuse by becoming a “non-riding supporter”, or simply by spreading our mission. Come on out and meet the bikers behind G.O.C. We promise you will receive a warm welcome and experience an energy of passion, positive vibes, and inspiration as we are all here to enhance the lives of children, our own families and the community around us!
